Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have possess a Graduation degree from any recognized university and have completed at least 1 year Diploma or Certificate Course in Computer Application from Govt. Registered Institution and should have typing speed of 30 wpm and knowledge of computer.
Age:
As on 01/09/2015 applicants age limit should be 40 years. Upper age relaxation for reserve category candidates as per the Govt. Rules.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification. The short listed candidates will be called for the computer test. And the final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in academic scoring and computer test.

The candidates should have to pay a non refundable application fee of Rs. 100/- and 50/- for SC, ST, OBC A & B, PWD candidates, through Demand Draft drawn in favor of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
