Wipro cares & Wipro Customer cares have proposed this Santoor Women Scholarship. First started this scholarship program in 2016-17. Santoor Scholarship. is mainly for the girl’s students of Karnataka, Andhrapradesh,& Telangana States to provide financial supports only for the economically backward students to pursue Higher Education after class 12. Santoor Scholarship will be made available to 9000 Female students every year. It also allows the students to take up higher education in humanities, liberal arts & science. This Santoor Scholarship is an annual program. Selected Candidates get support for their Tuition Fees & other necessary expenses up to their higher education. Preferences are mainly given to the female students of economically backward districts.
This scholarship program has already provided help & support to around 2700 female students in the last three years. The eligible candidates will be given Rs.2400/- per year until they complete their Graduation. There are still many economically backward sections where people have daughters who cannot meet their education due to serious financial problems. Their Desire to continue their education after class 12 remains incomplete. Keep this in mind. The Wipro customer care had inaugurated this Santoor Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:-
The Santoor Scholarship is mainly for the girl child who has completed class 12 from Government schools/ colleges. The required Santoor Scholarship criteria are given below –
• Candidate must belong to Karnataka, Andhrapradesh & Telangana
• Applicants must take higher education in Humanities, Liberal arts or any other Professional Course can only apply
• Students should have completed their 10 & 12 from a Govt. School.
• Applicants must be from a financially weak background from a backward district.
• The students must have been admitted into a Full-time Graduate Programme of a minimum of 3 years.
