Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce of a recognized University or Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Membership of Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India. For more details qualification read the notification.
Age Limit:
Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 32 years as on 01.01.2016. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC & ST candidates and by 3 years for BC candidaes. In the case of Persons with Disabilities (PWD), the upper age limit is relaxable upto 45 years. No relaxation is applicable to SC/ST/BC candidates of other States as they shall be treated as general candidates.
Application Procedure:
Eligible and Interested candidates can apply online through the Commission’s website “www.pscwbonline.gov.in” from 25.04.2016 at 11.30 a.m. to 17.05.2016 up to 12.00 midnight. Candidates should fill up all details carefully and submit the online application form. After successful submission application take a print out copy of system generated application for future reference.
Examination Fee:
Candidates have to pay of Rs.210/- + Service Charge 1% of Exam Fee to a minimum of Rs.5/- only for online payment through Debit Card / Credit Card + 12.36% of service charge as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- only for payment through Bank Counter (offline payment).
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Test & Interview conducted by WBPSC.

Age: As on 01-01-2015 candidates upper age limit should be 32 years. And upper age relaxation for the SC & ST candidates 05 years, 03 years for BC candidates. And for other reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through preliminary exam followed by main examination and personality test.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a non refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- plus Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- for online payment through debit/ credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as Govt Duty or Service Charge of Rs. 5/- only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs. 20/- for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment). No application fee required for the SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal and PWD category candidates.
