Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from any recognized Council /Board, must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the district of West Bengal (from where the candidate applies) uninterruptedly for at least 05 years and must be able to read, write and express Bengali.

Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 17 years to 27 years as on 01.01.2016.
