Detailed Information About Public Service Commission Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
a. Agricultural Marketing Officer: Candidates should possess A Masters’ degree or Honours degree in Economics or Statistics or Commerce or Agriculture from a recognised University with One year’s experience in Agricultural Marketing or Statistical Surveys in an organization of repute and also want Knowledge of Bengali/ Nepali– Spoken and written.
As on 01.01.2016 applicants age limit should be below 32 years. Upper age relaxation for reserve category candidates as per the Govt. Rules.
b. Assistant Manager: Candidates should possess A degree in Agriculture of a recognised university with Botany or Horticulture as one of the subjects, or a degree in Science of a recognised University with Botany as one of the subjects (preference being given to a person holding Honours Degree in Science of a recognised University with Botany as one of the subjects).
As on 01.01.2016 applicants age limit should be 25-32 years. Upper age relaxation for reserve category candidates as per the Govt. Rules.
c. Advertising & Publication Assistant: Candidates must pass Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Public Relations with at least 50% marks from any UGC recognized University with Basic Computer knowledge with skills preferably in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Flash.

d. Research Assistant: Candidates should possess Master’s degree in Social Sciences with at least 50% marks from any UGC recognized University with Basic Computer knowledge with skills preferably in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Flash.

Selection Process:
Selection will be made through a screening test and an Personal Interview. Merit lists in each category will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the screening test and an Interview.
