What to do if your name is found?

Complete e-KYC Verification
This is the most critical step to link your identity with the scheme. You can do this online or in person:
Online: Use the Official Beneficiary Portal or the Ayushman App. Log in as a beneficiary, find your name, and click on “Do e-KYC.” You will need to authenticate using Aadhaar OTP, face authentication, or biometrics.
Offline: Visit the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) or the Ayushman Helpdesk at any empanelled hospital. Provide your Aadhaar card and Ration card to the Ayushman Mitra (operator), who will scan your documents and perform biometric verification.
Wait for Approval
After e-KYC, your details are submitted to the state health authority or insurance company for verification. This typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to a few days. You will receive an SMS notification once your status is updated to “Approved”.
Download and Print Your Card
-> Once your status shows as “Approved” or “Verified,” you can download the digital Ayushman Card (Golden Card):
Via Portal/App: Log back into the NHA Beneficiary Portal and click “Download Card”.
Via DigiLocker: You can also fetch and save your card digitally through the DigiLocker app.
Physical Copy: While a digital copy is valid, it is recommended to keep a printed PVC or paper copy for easy presentation at hospitals.

Add Missing Family Members (If Necessary)

-> If your name is listed but some family members (like a newborn or a new bride) are missing, you can add them:
-> Select the “Add Member” option on the portal or app.
-> You will need to provide supporting documents such as a Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate to prove the relationship
