Education:
Candidates should have passed Electronics / Telecommunications / Computer Science / Electrical / Civil Engineering Degree from a recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit:
Candidates age limit should between 21 years to 30 years. Age relaxation for SC / ST Candidates 5 years, 3 years for OBC Candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates and other relaxation as per Government Rules.

Application Fees:
Candidates should pay a non refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates. Application fee can be paid through Online mode. Payment can be made through MTNL website www.mtnl.net.in through the payment gateway, using a Master / Visa Debit / Credit Card. After successful completion of the transaction candidates take a print out of the e-payment receipt as proof of the fee paid online.
Scale of pay:
Selected candidates will be entitled for stipend of Rs. 17000/- per month during training period, and on successful completion of training they shall be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 20,600-46,500/- + DA + HRA / subsidized housing and other benefits like Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund etc. admissible as per rules of the Company.
Placement:
The final place of posting shall be decided after completion of training. MTNL operates primarily in Delhi and Mumbai. However the candidates is liable for posting and transfer to any section / unit / place within the operational area of MTNL.
