Educational Qualification:
Candidates must pass Graduation from a recognized University. And should have computer typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi.
Age:
As on 01/12/2015 applicants age limit should be 18 years to 35 years. Upper age relaxation for EBC/MBC candidates 2 years, for BC candidates 3 years, for SC/ST category candidates 5 years and for other reserve category candidates as per the Govt. Rules.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made through a typing skill test, personality test and interview.

The candidates should have to pay a non refundable application fee of Rs. 400/- (for General, E.B.C/ M.B.C (Scheduled I), B.C (Scheduled II)) and 125/- (for SC/ ST) through Bank draft drawn in favour of any nationalized Bank, Registrar General, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi payable at Ranchi.

Candidates are required to apply through prescribed format (which is given with the official notification) within 14/03/2016. 1. At first xerox and attested (by a Gazetted officer) the following documents which shall be attached with the application form:
a. Educational qualification certificate
b. Age proof certificate
c. Caste certificate if applicable

e. Typing certificate issued by the competent institution
