1. Assistant Engineer: Candidates should possess B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or Institute.
2. Junior Engineer: Candidates should possess Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or Institute.
3. Livelihood Development Officer: Candidates should possess Honors Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in any subject of Social Science group from any recognized University or Institute.
